nRF52 DK - USB CDC ACM Example not working with HTerm/Qt

Hi, I am currently trying to get the USB CDC ACM Example on the nRF52 DK to work using the SDK v14.1.0 . But for some reason I can only send/receive data using PuTTY but neither HTerm nor Qt (Serial Port Example) are able to send/receive data.

The goal is to work with USB CDC ACM and Qt.

Any ideas what I can do about this?

Solved it!

The nRF52840 requires the DTR (Data Terminal Ready) line of the serial port to be logical 0 - here it means that the line needs to be HIGH. Some terminal programs do that like PuTTY - but mostly it is LOW. In Qt (Qt 5) it means to use QSerialPort->setDataTerminalReady(true).
