Recommend me reverse voltage protection component.

Hello Sir, I am designing PCB using nRF52832 SoC it is very small and operated on AA battery source. So please recommend me for reverse battery voltage protection diode or MOSFET. I am confuse which components is best and not consume extra current consumption in my dvice. Please sir suggest me with mft part number it will available on digikey.

We do not have any other recommendations than those available in our reference layouts. You can find reference layouts for nRF52832, including BOM, on the Infocenter.
