nRF52840 usb pins impedance

How much is the nRF52840 USB DP/DM pins impedance in transmit mode? There is no info in datasheet .

On the PDK board there are 39 ohm resistors connected in series with USB signals. Are they intended for impedance matching ? If 39 Ohm is the correct value for matching then the nRF52840 USB pins impedance shall be around 6 ohms In order to meet the USB spec after resistors.

Hi,

These external resistors are not needed, and will be removed in the future DKs. Everything needed is integrated in the SoC.
