nRF528xx Radio TX/RX port specification

Hi

I have a few questions I couldn't find about radio part of nRF528xx series.

  1. Does all 3 chips have same radio module inside with same characteristics?
  2. Can ANT pin have DC bias during TX/RX? Are there internal DC path to GND, VDD?
  3. Whats the maximal voltage that ANT pin (internally TX transistor) can withstand without damage? Think of max VSWR before damage? This is specifically for TX, RX has specification of max power in datasheet.
  4. ANT pin impedance?
    1. More or less, yes. The length of the bonding wires are different. That will change the optimal load impedance slightly.
    2. There's a DC path to ground
    3. The PA is designed to withstand a short or open without damage
    4. normally 50 ohm
