Developing for nRF51 using SDK 14?

Hi, I'm a bit confused.... so far I was under the impression that SDK 12 was the last SDK that supported nRF51 development.

But now I found the section "Using the SDK with other boards" in the SDK 14 documentation, and the nRF51 dongle which I'm using (PCA10031) is listed as supported. However, SDK 14 does not contain a compatible SoftDevice, and the examples obviously won't build. On the product page it says "nRF51 Series devices supported up to version v12".

So is it possible to use SDK 14 with the nRF51 or not?
