Unfortunately not. Gazell is built around the ACK mechanism, and there is no way to disable it.
The use case for Gazell is star networks where you have a single host and multiple devices.
If you need this I would consider building something on top of ESB instead.

Thanks for your kind advise.
My previous modification was using BLE+ESB, however, it stuck on switching between ESB and BLE,
I can stop BLE and switch to ESB, but cannot stop ESB and switch to BLE, can you advise the correct procedure on how to enable / disable BLE and enable / disable ESB.

You could have a look at this example, showing how to use ESB in a timeslot.
Please be aware that it uses an older SDK and SoftDevice, but the principle is still the same.
You have to make sure to disable the ESB before the timeslot is up, and use TIMER0 to keep track of the length of the timeslot.
