twi_scanner sample ported to ble_app_template don't issue log

Hi,

On SDK12.2, I replaced main.c in ble_app_template with one in twi_scanner and modified sdk_config.h.

But, no expected log, even "TWI scanner.", issued to terminal emulator. Why?

The serial port settings:

 baud rate: 115200
 data bits: 8 bit
 parity: none
 stop bit: 1 bit
 flow control: none

This problem solved by my careeg:

check NRF_LOG_ENABLED in sdk_config.h
