Broke DFU after loading from NRF Toolbox

I've had no success in updating the application through the NRF TOOLBOX for my Smart Beacon. I was able to load

ble_app_hrs_s110_v6.0...

And that successfully worked. However, now the app tells me there is no DFU available on the device that allows upload any longer.

Can someone please tell me what I might have just done? Did I flash the device with a firmware that doesn't have a DFU boot loader? Did it revert to some earlier version that isn't supported by the iOS app? Is there any way to recover the device?
