C10 in reference design

I am trying to minimize my BOM line items. Can C10 decoupling capacitor stated as 47nF/X5R on the reference design be replaced with 100nF/X5R without consequence?

This capacitor is applied to nRF51822 DEC2 pad.

No, the C10 value must be the same as it is in the product specification. This is the value that's used in designing and testing the chip and changing it may change the performance of the chip as well.
