Hello! Can anyone tell me information about bluetooth protocol and SDK functions?

1. What functions need to start BLE device like a peripheral/central, and what each function means exactly?

2. What is the GAP and GATT? For what is it need?

3. How can I send/receive messages from/to another connected/disconnected device?

Can you tell me describe this information like for begginer?

info about Bluetooth specification can be found at bluetooth.org info about SDK is on the 3rd menu of this site "Documention". examples are in the sdk that can be downloaded from nordicsemi.com a lot more info are avail at google.com
