Is the S110 softdevice v6.0.0 conpatible with all hardware revisions?

We have some hardware versions of the Nrf51822: build BA, CA. Is the new S110 v6.0.0 softdevice compatible with these hardware versions?

If it is not compatible, wich softdevice version have the best compatibility for these hardware versions?

The 6.0.0 should work on both the latest chip revisions and the CA chips. It might also work on the BA chips, but these I'd generally recommend you to throw away, as they aren't really supported anymore. :)
