If a profile you want is not one of the standard profiles defined by the SIG, you normally have to create your own proprietary profile. It isn't too hard. You can use one of the example standard profiles as a starting point and modify it to suit your needs such as adding the 128 bit UUIDs and changing the characteristics to what you need.
