Why nRF51822 DK running HTM APP can't be paired with any windows 8.1 NB?

We tried to pair with and connect to nRF51822 DK running HTM app with SONY VAIO fit15e NB and always fail as we did the following steps. We also tried some devices like ASUS VIVO Smart Tablet and Window phone Lumia 625 and also failed.

Can you help us to know how to make nRF51822 DK connect to or pair with any Windows 8.1 device successfully? Tks.

The test steps:

1. "Windows 8.1 Settings -> Change PC settings -> pc and devices -> Bluetooth -> Manage Bluetooth Device -> On" => Found "Nordic_UART" (we named it).
2. Pressed "Pair" button and finally falied .And windows show

That didn't work Try again,and make sure your device is still discoverable.

We have tested locally against Windows 8.1 and pairing and bonding seem to work fine.

Can you give additional details? SDK and SD versions, any logs you can provide too would be great.

I have the same problem and I'm using SDK 8.0. Here :

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

I read that the previous SDK worked fine.

Any idea ?
