Cannot connect to nRF51 device by nRF Toolbox (HTS app)

Should be noted that i'm using nRF51822 breakout board and i have a lot of problems with its programming. And i'd just begun to write own topic about my problems with connection and programming when it started to work. But unfortunately my problems didn't finish.

I had few succesfull trials, saw some temperature and was able to watch dynamic of battery charge.

but after some trials and actions nRF Toolbox on my android-phone writes me this error: "Error on connection state change (141)"

i hope you will be able to help me solve this one.

@Anthony: Was the error appear consistently ? Which firmware and which phone, Android versino did you used ? If you try to turn off an on Bluetooth , would the issue remain ?

@Hung Bui: so during my trials at first day, error appeared consistently. today i have succesfull connect at first time (but application didn't work correctly: i didn't receive any data about temperature and battery). i tried to turn off Bluetoth and reboot phone but it didn't help me.

i also tried another application (UART) but i have the same error.

phone: ASUS with Android 4.3

Also i tried another phone last time and it was able to work with HTS app.

I have idea that this problem was caused by nRF Master Control Panel but i closed it and have the same issue.

@Hung Bui: try to make something with nRF MCP. i connected to device and MCP tells me status: GATT ENCRYPTED NO MITM BONDED

@Anthony: GATT ENCRYPTED NO MITM BONDED just mean the device was bonded. Could you do service discovery ? You would need to enable notification to be able to receive notification. If possible could you swipe right in MCP and read out the log ? Android 4.3 is pretty old and the Bluetooth stack on that version was quite buggy. We actually haven't tested on any ASUS phone. One of the suggestion is to update to newer Android version.
