Master Control Panel or similiar for Windows 8.1 with onboard Bluetooth Smart Ready?

I got a Tablet running Windows 8.1 with a Bluetooth Module that is able to find my nRF51-DK.

Is there a software I can use to interact with my Bluetooth Services of the DK? (Like Master Control Panel for Windows, but I installed this and it only seems to work with the specific Hardware :( or like the nRF Master Control Panel for Android)

I'm afraid that the MCP only works with Nordic's development kits. I don't know of any other software, but if you are a programmer there is a couple of solutions suggested here. You might also find some interesting discussions if you search for Windows 8.1 here on devzone. Maybe Google knows about some good software too.
