Where to find the S210 softdevice for nRF51422?

We are building custom hardware with nRF51422 and need to program the softdevice in order to get the ANT stack running in the chips which I suppose is not flashed with S210 from the factory.

But where can we get the S210 module (hex file i suppose)? I have installed the nRF51 SDK_v4.3.0.27417, the Keil tool, the nRF51422 Eval kit, the nRF51422 Dev. kit, and downloaded the S210 SoftDevice Specification v1.0 but nowhere is the softdevice hex code itself, nor have I been able to find it at nordicsemi.com.

The Ant Stack is already installed on the nRF51422. And, you can´t delete.
