Load flash image fail with nRFgo studio using PCA1000 (Dongle)

Hi all

I want to load the (UART_example) flash image compile with Keil by nRFgo studio, but a program fail occur as below screenshot:

any idea? Thanks.

Hi,

The firmware that is running on the PCA10000 is protected. You must do a "ERASE ALL" from nRFgo Studio before programming in the new .hex file.
