Can a Samsung Galaxy S5 (Android 5.0) support a 4-packet BLE connection event?

Trying to send 3 20-byte packets of data from nRF51822 (peripheral device) to a Samsung Galaxy S5 (central device) and send 1 20-byte packet back, all in less than 10ms. I have seen that not all central devices can support the same data load per connection interval, and am wondering weather or not the S5 is capable of what I need it to do.

@CWRUNick: I haven't tested with the Galaxy S5, but on my S4 running Lolipop, it does support 4 packets per connection interval with the lowest interval of 7.5ms.

When you say that it supports 4 packets per connection interval, does that mean that it can send 3 packets one way and 1 packet back, or just that it can send 4 one way?

@CWRUNick: It's 4 packets both ways, 4TX and 4RX.

Is there anywhere I can access source code that will accomplish this? I have been trying and it always takes 2 or 3 connection intervals to complete the transfer. Thank you for your help.
