Please can any one tell me from where I can get this programmer? Nordic have stopped selling development boards in which we can get the programmer. I think this could be a major draw back for all developer using Nordic chip.

If you can't get a J-Link LITE and don't want to spend the money for a full J-Link then you might want to consider using ST-Link/V2 available on an ST Discovery board (cost is between $10 and $20 USD). The only downside I've run into so far is that Nordic tools will not connect to the ST-Link so you need to program and debug using OpenOCD (version 0.9 works well for me).
Hi
You can not purchase a standalone j-link lite programmer. It was delivered with the old development boards (with nRF51 rev 2 and older) but was not needed on the new nRF51-DK boards (with nRF51 rev 3 onboard) as it has onboard Segger chip for programming. The nRF51-DK board has however debug-in and debug-out ports which allows it to program an external board, i.e. you can use it as a programmer. You can also purchase a standalone Segger programmer , there is a link here that recommends available Segger programmers.
the IDAP-Link provides even better tool to flash softdevice and app on OS X and Windows. It's only $60.
