nrf24l01+ frequency switch

Hi. I've gone through a lot of documentation and can't seem to find if this is documented by Nordic semi.. please answer if you know, or can point me to experiments/documentations regarding this:

1. How much time does it take for NRF24L01+ to switch frequency (RF_CH)? Is it instantaneous? Or is it variable?
2. Does NRF24L01+ need to be in standby when switching frequency? Or can we switch even while in Rx (or Tx) mode?
3. Can frequency switching and mode switching happen in parallel (mode = one of Tx, Rx, Standby).
4. Are answers to above mentioned questions applicable to NRF24LE1 also?

The nRF24L01+ can only change frequency in standby mode. It takes 130 µS from standby to active mode (RX or TX) regardless of you change frequency or not.

This applies for the nRF24LE1 as well.

That settles it.
