S120 assert in sd_ble_gap_scan_start() on 51422

Running S120 2.0 central on nRF51422 QFAAE0 (1504CH) and when I call scan_start() i'm getting 0xDEADBEEF at line 431 in file src\ll_lm.m0.c" Can anybody shed some light on this? Thanks Best R.

RAM base address was the wrong value
