nRF52 Dev Kit: LD5 flashing quickly, JLink not working

I have been successfully using my nRF52 Dev Kit (PCA10040) for the last few days. Today, when messing around with the UART drivers, I seem to have messed up the JLink-OB. Turning on the board causes LD5 to flash quickly (like 5x per second or so). I can put it into bootloader mode by holding down the IF Boot/Reset button while powering on (LD5 then flashes about 1x per second), but am not sure where to go from there -- the JLink drive does not appear on my computer.

Running the JLink Configurator tool on a Windows machine also fails. It can't find the JLink device over USB, even in bootloader mode.

It's possible that my nRF52 is spamming the JLink-OB with UART messages, however I have no way to reflash the code without the JLink working!

How can I fix this?

I'm using Mac OS X 10.11.2 and the newest JLink drivers.
