ITU Emmision designator for a BLE system

Is the ITU Emmision designator for a 2.4 GHz Low power ble system also applicable ? Also do we need that ITU emmision designator ?

I believe ISM is exempt by virtue of being unlicensed, no?

good point. No license requirements for ISM band systems

Following the ITU scheme it should be 1M00G1D--

However when it's being exempted from ITU Regulations this makes no sense, or do I miss something ?
