nrf24l01+ antenna modification

how do I modify antenna of nrf24l01+ by connecting external smt antenna to it? for this purpose I need rf ground and antenna core, I can't find rf gnd here. is that same as electrical ground. is it possible to connect this antenna with module? if yes then how? I am attaching image of a antenna base for reference 1661-00.jpg

RF ground is the same as electrical ground. You can cut the antenna and connect the connector, as long as you ground the connector properly.
