BLE development board for UART data transfer

I am looking for a nordic BLE development board that can do data transfer through the UART. Something like SPP (Serial Port profile). Here is what I need;

• The iOS and Android source code should be available. This is important as I need to do some modification.
• the embedded source code should be available.

Is such a board available? My preference is to use a BLE chip where there are ready BLE modules to use. I do not care about price at the moment. I will buy as long as it fits my above requirements. Thank you very much.

In SDK you can find "ble_app_uart" and can find "nRF UART" app source code on GitHub.

For integrating into your own design there are many 3rd party modules available: www.nordicsemi.com/.../3rd-Party-Bluetooth-Smart-Modules
