How to support serialization in nRF5 IoT SDK?

I want to place a IoT application on an Application chip and connect it to a Connectivity chip running the BLE IoT SoftDevice.

Does the nRF5 IoT SDK support serialization via UART? If not, since I have not seen any serialization code in nRF5 IoT SDK, is there possible to add to support it ?

The nRF5 IoT SDK does not support serialization, and I don't think it will support it in the near future, not until there is a production ready IoT SoftDevice at least.

I see, thanks! But, If I want to add the serialization by myself, Is it possible? Any suggestion?
