SWO and nrf52

Hi, If I understand correctly the debugger on PCA10040 can operate in 6MHz/n as SWO frequency. the nrf52 can operate at 4,8,16,32MHz swo frequency. How are we to use SWO?

And it's possible to get the information through SWO using JLinkExe in Linux or JLinkCommander in Windows after follow the upon instructions.
