nrf8001 RedBearLab BLE Shield Notify ?

Hello i have a system that which i get data from a ultrasonic sensor and send it to Arduino UNO and nrfConnect application via the RBL Shield ( nrf8001 ) so i want to do it with the notify command on the bluetooth chip . I research the example on the BLE Arduino library , but i am lost in the libraries. Basically i want to learn how to code notify command. Is there any good explained example for it ?

Have you looked at the Nordic ble-sdk-arduino and the examples there?

Yes i looked at them and i examined the ble_heart_rate_template but it looked too complicated for me i drowned in the libraries and the funcitons and honestly the explanations are very complicated too so i need something like tutorial for that
