the heart rate monitor demo

I'm a green hand HW Engineer.

I'm trying to compile, program, and run The Heart rate monitor demo though following the step in nRF51822_DK_User_Guide_v1.0.pdf .

First of all, I confirm that the hardware, wire jumper, and SEGGER device must be connected to my computer correctly. And than, I open the Heart Rate demo project in Keil μVision by double clicking the ble_app_hrs.uvproj file and downloaded the program to the correct target.

But the Heart Rate demo example cannot start executing. LED0 cannot be lit indicating it is advertising. All things are seemed ok, why can't I get the correct results?

Have you made sure to program the softdevice before trying to run the application? Which exact SDK and softdevice version do you use?

Also, there is an updated version of the document you're using, version 1.2.

Now I ensure my SDK and softdevice are the lastest version which is nrf51_sdk_v4_3_0_27417 and nRF51822_DK_User_Guide_v1.2.pdf
