Specifications about Low Power PWM with NRF52 SDK12

We search some technical informations about Low Power mode PWM. What is the Max Frequency ? What is the current consommation ? Someone knows these informations or a technical document with the answer ?

The maximum frequency is documented in the Low-power PWM library documentation, "Limitatations" section, around 6kHz.

I am not sure of the current consumption. I made a quick test for the low_power_pwm example in SDK 12. I comment out all code in the main loop and insert __WFE() instead to disable the CPU between interrupts. Then I get about 400uA current consumption with the three configured PWMs. When I only enable one PWM channel I observe around 80uA current consumption.
