How to get my J-Link Uart Port work?

Hi,

As a beginner, I'm trying to have CDC J-Link Uart port work with my laptop. I'm using nRF52 board. When connecting the board to my laptop (windows 10), it displays the following in device manager:

Actually, I cannot use any terminal to open this COM port. I have downloaded the latest "J-Link software and document pack".

Please tell me how to fix this problem?

A nRF5x Dk should show up as a JLink CDC UART Port. I suggest that you download the nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools-Win32 from the nRF52 DK downloads page, here is the link.
