Are my private support cases from MyPage safe?

A new feature in the DevZone is that private cases can be made public.
Unless your question contains sensitive detail about your project, we recommend this.
It is very likely to benefit other DevZone users.
Nordic tech Support may suggest to make a private ticket public.
But it requires your confirmation, so you’re the boss!
You will get a notification from Nordic tech support in such cases.
You can also convert private tickets to public at your own initiative: There’s a button inside the thread, on your right-hand side.
