Thingy53 Not able to reprogram using MCUBOOT opr nrf5340-dk.

I during development have had several Thingy53's begin not showing in the Nordic Development system so trying to recover them I have tried two computers and several different preload software such as Peripheral_LBS etc. Used the sw1 and sw2 to get into correct mode as shown on connection. Shows erase but no progress on write. Also tried programming through the nrd5340-dk with same results. True of several thing53's. Im not sure what else to try but maybe i misunderstood something. I have bone more than a dozen of these but hate to destroy any more. I have successfully debuged several to make sure MCUBOOT was there but something clobbers them.

That's unfortunate to hear. How many Thingys did you purchase and on how many did you observe this faulty behaviour?

Ihve purchased a dozen and so far having on 4. I was able on a third computer to program one (so it said) but application LBS doesnt work

Hi Jim,

Are you trying this on nRF Connect for Desktop v4.1.2 , v4.1.1 or both?

I have similar issue, e.g could not program to my Thingy53 any app like Peripheral_LBS using MCUBOOT method. This happened with nRF Connect 4.1.2
I reverted back to 4.1.1 with Programmer v3.0.9 - and it worked!
