ok understood. can you please tell which version would be preferable for my machine, User , System or ARM64 ? I am running windows 11 on parallels desktop app on MacBook Pro M2 Pro.
It's always recommended to download the latest versions of everything. You can just click on the symbol for download.

That is where I downloaded from earlier. As you can see in the screenshot below, my vscode is updated to its latest version. The latest version of nRF vscode extension pack is showing 2023.6.6
