Ble-app-uart-static-passkey not more bonded after 2 connections

Hi everyone, I tried to test nRF51-ble-app-uart-static-passkey to learn the static passkey method. I used PCA10001 EK board, with S110_7.1.0 and SDK_6.1.0. Well, if I connect the EK with MCP installed on my phone and I try to enable the Notify on TX characteristic, it is possible to write only 2 times the right passkey (after clear from MCP the bonded). At the third time, when I try to put the right passkey, the EK is disconnected, and in the MCP log there are 2 errors: Error 133(0x85): GATT ERROR and Error 8 (0x08) GATT CONN TIMEOUT. On MCP APP, the EK result BONDED but it is false. At the next connection it is impossible to entry with passkey (with the right number) to enable Notify in TX characteristic. I tried to clear data on MCP APP from my phone (I had supposed that the problem was my MCP app) but the issue remains. What's happen?

Hi Einar, thank you for help. It was not easy to implement pairing, but at the end I succeeded. I want to add, as a hint the other users, to have a look the ble_app_template main code.
