We do not provide any support on this chip. So, we do not have any productor Specification on our website. 

However, you can look at this nRF2401rev1_1.doc (sparkfun.com) if you want to know the terms. DR1 pin means Data ready pin. CE is Chip Enable Activates RX or TX mode.

We recommend you consider using newer nRF devices of your product.
