DFU Error : remote dfu not supported

hi,

i am using nrf51822 s110 sdv 7.1.0,when i upgrade the soft device, application and boot loader(create .zip) using the nRF toolbox application. application shows me error to "REMORT DFU NOT SUPPORTED"

is it possible to switch soft device using OTA ?

nRF51822 is revision 2 IC. Yes device have already flashed S110 v6.2.1 Softdevice and Bootloader from SDK v6.2.1 and i want to update the S110 v7.1.0 and SDK 7.1.0.

Do you mean SDK v6.0 or SDK v6.1 , SDK v6.2.1 does not exist. Furthermore, the S110 v6.1 SoftDevice is only compatible with SDK v5.2.0.

Could you share your bootloader project and the hex files you are using for the update?
