nRF9160DK v0.8.2 (nRF9160 SICA-BAA) supported modem firmware and NCS version

Question

Hi, 
 I have an old nRF9160DK from few years back (v0.8.2). I got busy with other things and was not able to work on it. 
 Now I'm trying to update the modem firmware to the latest supported state for this dev board, but I can't seem to find the corresponding compatibility matrix for this old of a dev board. 
 Could someone point me to the latest supported modem firmware version and NCS version for v0.8.2?

Hi Charlie, 
 I finally had a chance to check the nRF9160DK v0.8.2. 
 I am not sure if "Asset Tracker" is a good indication of what "works" or not, but below is the most recent version that seems to connect to nRF Cloud and display Device Information. 
 Modem Firmware (MFW): 1.2.8 
 Asset Tracker: 1.8.0 - built with NCS 1.8.0 
 Asset Tracker v2: version dated 2022/02/17 built with NCS 1.9.0 
 I didn't attempt to test MFW newer than 1.2.8 as the documentation seems to discourage it for DK boards older than v0.9.0. 
 It appears to me (I have not build code and verify) that with MFW 1.2.8 the nRF Connect SDK 1.x.x will still work, but 2.0.0 and above will not. 
 Anyway, Thank you for your help. I think this ticket can be closed now.
