Adverting event, current is big

  Dear all  
          I use QFAB QFN48 schematic with internal LDO setup,but my board have not 32.768KHZ.

the Pre_processing current is big when in adverting .Why?

1uf--4.7uf is same as before.it is ok when the capacitor >10uf.Can i use 47uf,have influence?for exmaple battery Use capacity/battery use time and so on
