I have 2 Thingy91X (not Thingy91), with nRF9161 and nPM1300 inside. These two devices run out of battery for several hours.
The problem is that I can't charge them. I used an USB-C charger and charged them. I tried when the power switch is on or off, neither of them can be charged.
I measured the voltage of the battery. The result is 0.2V. I believe there are some protection mechanisms in the battery, but I don't know how to activate them.
What should I do to activate this battery?
