how to use vscode to open nrfconnect

when i use vscode to open nrfconnect,it's always waiting there and can't start.as the same time,i can't open vscode by nrf connect for desktop,it will report the error ,but i had already install vscode and put it into system path

Hello,

Could you tell me which OS and version you are working with?

I don't see any SDK or toolchain inside VSCode (from your screenshot). You don't need to open VSCode from nRF Connect for Desktop. You can directly access the SDK and toolchain from VSCode. It should work the other way around as well. Have you followed all the steps mentioned in this tutorial?
