Hello,

The nRF Connect SDK provides the Multiprotocol Service Layer (MPSL) library that you can use for SPI communication with the nRF21540. The MPSL library provides an API for configuring the SPI interface and the GPIO pins for the nRF21540. We have some nRF21540 driver for MPSL:
