Hello,
For the upcoming product for the nRF54L15 I had a few questions about ReRAM (Resistive RAM):
1. Is ReRAM able to be utilized the same as traditional SRAM?
2. What magnitude of read/write speeds should be expected for the ReRAM?
3.Will ReRAM be able to be written byte by byte at a time or will page writing be necessary?
I understand that it is meant to be a flash replacement, but wanted to understand limitations and use cases vs the traditional RAM that can be used for things like image buffers.
Thanks,
Darius
