On the nRF51, LO leakage was measured when in receive mode.
For 2402~2480mhz, LO leakage was measured at approximately 2745~2836mhz.
The nRF52 does not measure LO leakage.
I can't measure at 4.8ghz either, what should I measure?

Hi,
Please note that expected power level on the LO leakage is very low, around -90 to -100 dBm, maybe? So to measure this you need to reduce input attenuation of the spectrum analyzer to 0 dB and also set RBW to a low value to see the power above the noise level. Hope this helps.

The LO leakage frequency calculation is f_RF-1MHz for BLE1M and f_RF-2MHz for BLE2M Is this correct?
ex) If I set 2440Mhz, the LO leakage frequency is 2439Mhz?
Yes, if you are in BLE1M mode.
