For the schematic, 

C12 is not needed, so that can be DNP\NC

P0.25 and P0.26 do have an errata(Errata 138) related to them. Its recommended to add some caps to the pins to be compliant with ETSI limit in RX mode.  




Layout looks ok.

I am using P0.25 and P0.26 as a I2C pin and with a switch.
Do i still need these caps?
Can i use these pins as a GPIO?

Pins can still be used as GPIO.

Its still recommended, but the errata addresses an issue that can occur, so it is not in every case this is an issue. "Spurious emission in RX mode can exceed ETSI limits." so it is possible that that it is not an issue on your design.

It is always possible to just add the footprint for the two caps and not have them mounted on the PCB if it is not an issue for your design.
