nrf54h20-dk flash failed.

I strictly followed the tutorial in the document to develop

(docs.nordicsemi.com/.../ug_nrf54h20_gs.html

but the west flash still failed in the end. Here I record my operation process.

1.ncs version(with west update success)

2.the sample zephyr/samples/sysbuild/hello_world also build success.

3.some nrfutil command

4.flash always failed.

So please help to solve the flash issue.

Have you made sure you went through the bring up process ? 
https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/app_dev/device_guides/working_with_nrf/nrf54h/ug_nrf54h20_gs.html#programming_the_bicr

Could try try doing a nrfutil device recover --serial-number <your serial number>

Then go through the BICR flashing and other steps again ? 
Please send us  the log for each steps.

As you can see the BICR flash is failed, but I'm sure the first time is OK.

At the beginning, I didn't know how to activate the board correctly. I compiled and flashed the following examples according to zephyr's description

hello_world --> zephyr/samples/hello_world
blinky --> zephyr/samples/basic/blinky

Both examples can be flashed successfully, but they can't run, and they can't enter the debugging mode through west debug

sorry, is it because after flash the BICR, I did the west flash directly so caused the issue?
