nRF54H20 VDD or VDD_EXT use

Can I use VDD (F1, L2, L4) or VDD_EXT *(D12) to power some peripherals ? If so, how much current is available?

 

I want to avoid added a 1V8 regulator to the design & use this to power the following:

1. nRH54H20 VDDIO_P1 (A4)
2. nRH54H20 VDDIO_P2 (G1)
3. nRH54H20 VDDIO_P6 (K8, K9, K10, K11)
4. nRH54H20 VDDIO_P7 (J12)
5. nRH54H20 VDDIO_P9 (A12)
6. MACRONIX MX25R6435FZNIL0 (8) @ 50uA standby & @ 10mA max+
7. MACRONIX MX25U8035FZUI (8) @ 40uA standby & 10mA max+
