issue in runtime debugging in eclipse installed on ubuntu 15.04.

Hi, I am trying runtime debugging using eclipse. Following are details of my set up:

1. Eclipse Mars 1.0 running on ubuntu 15.04 (64 bit).

2. Nordic nrf51822_xxaa module.

3. softdevice : version 7.3.0

4. sdk : 6.1.0

5. sdk example : blinky

I set up the eclipse and debugging using following nordic blog:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

after following the above link, I met an error while runtime debugging, screen shot of which is as follows:

Please help me out regarding this as I am configuring debugging in eclipse for the first time. Thank you in advance.
