NRF Cloud Firmware Updates tab not listing all previous updates

Hi,

Recently our "Firmware Updates" tab is not listing all of our previous FOTA Update history.

Can you provide some details about your actions before Firmware Updates tab became empty?

Can you test what happens if you create and perform new FOTA update by clicking on Create FOTA Update? Does performed FOTA update get listed in the FOTA Update history?

After issuing the fota update, checking the firmware updates tab will list the one that I have just created. 

Doing a full refresh of the firmware updates webpage (ctrl+f5) will make the list empty.

Thank you for additional information.

Can you test if the same behavior happens when you press Refresh button on the Firmware Updates page?
In addition, does the same happen if you log out and then log in again after making and issuing fota update?

Yes. Same thing happens for both scenarios.

Accessing the site using other devices (mobile, other PCs) doesn't display any of the past FOTA updates. We have atleast 5 FOTA updates done over the past 3 months.

Correction: Tried pressing the Refresh button, the latest FOTA update doesn't disappear.

Logging out and logging back in will make the latest FOTA disappear.

If you have several FOTA updates in your history, does only one (the latest) disappear or all of them?
