hello_dect sample can't be built using cmake

Hi. I can't build the hello_dect example using cmake, the build process is failed with the following error:

Steps which lead to that behavior:
1. go to nrf/samples/dect/dect_phy/hello_dect
2. Add  set(BOARD "nrf9151dk/nrf9151/ns") to CMakeLists.txt (I want to build non secure firmware)
3. cmake -S . -B build
4. cmake --build build

can you give me some advice how to fix it?

BTW, I can build the sample using west:
west build -b nrf9151dk_nrf9151 -p always -- -DEXTRA_CONF_FILE=overlay-eu.conf -DBOARD=nrf9151dk/nrf9151/ns

but I need working cmake for my project.

Please use sysbuild when building. If this still does not solve your problem, please create a dedicated ticket on the matter.

That helps me:
cmake -B build -DBOARD=nrf9151dk/nrf9151/ns -DDTC_OVERLAY_FILE=board.overlay -S your_path/zephyr/share/sysbuild  -DAPP_DIR=$(pwd)

than
cmake --build build
